These Terms of Service (“Terms”) set forth the rules and obligations for using the NikaURL platform. By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Definitions

  • Service: The NikaURL link shortening and management platform.
  • User: Any individual or entity using our Service.
  • Vanity Link: A custom slug or branded link chosen by the user.
  • Custom Domain/Subdomain/Sub-path: A domain or URL path configured by the user for branding purposes.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 14 years of age to use NikaURL. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. User Accounts

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account.
  • Accurate and complete registration details must be provided.
  • You are accountable for all activities conducted under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You must not use NikaURL for:

  • Spam, phishing, or spreading malware.
  • Illegal, abusive, or otherwise harmful activities.
  • Misrepresentation of identity or impersonation.
  • Creating vanity links that infringe upon intellectual property rights.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts found to be in violation of these rules.

5. Paid Services

  • Paid plans are billed as per the pricing displayed at the time of purchase.
  • Payments are non-refundable except where required by law.
  • Plans may include vanity links, reports, sub-paths, or custom domains, subject to usage limits.
  • Non-Refundable Payments. All payments made for subscriptions, credits, or upgrades are final and non- refundable. We do not offer partial or prorated refunds for unused subscription periods.
  • Free Trial / Free Plan. Users are encouraged to use the free plan (if available) or explore our demo before subscribing. This ensures you are fully satisfied with our features prior to payment.
  • Billing Errors. In case of duplicate charges, incorrect billing, or technical errors, please contact our support team at support@nikaurl.com.

6. Intellectual Property

  • NikaURL owns all rights to the platform, software, and branding.
  • Users retain rights over the content they link to but grant NikaURL the right to process and display shortened URLs.

7. Termination

  • We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms or misuse the Service.
  • Upon termination, your links may cease to function unless transferred or renewed.

8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

  • NikaURL provides the Service “as is” and “as available”.
  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.
  • Our liability is limited to the total amount paid by you in the previous 12 months.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in [your city/state].

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any updated Terms.
